How to Apply to Exhibit Your Vehicle
Are you ready to showcase your extraordinary vehicle at this year’s Concours d’Elegance? Follow this step-by-step guide to ensure your application is complete and stands out for consideration. The Selection Committee eagerly awaits your submission!

To complete your application, ensure you have the following details ready:
Vehicle Details:
Engine specifications
Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
Restoration details, if applicable
Vehicle Insurance Information:
Proof of vehicle insurance policy
Your Vehicle’s Story:
Provide a captivating write-up about your vehicle. This will be used for signage on the show field, so make it compelling.
Photographs:
See the "Photo Requirements" section below for detailed photo guidelines.

You’ll need six high-quality color photos of your vehicle. Follow these guidelines to ensure your pictures meet the standards:
File Requirements:
Photos should be in .jpg or .png format (no .heic files).
High resolution photos, at least 2MB.
Staging Tips:
Choose a clean and aesthetically pleasing background that complements, not distracts from, your vehicle.
Avoid any obstructions in your photos (e.g., people, clutter).

Include the front seats and dashboard.
Ensure photos are sharp, clear, and staged to emphasize your vehicle’s unique features.

Double-check all your entries and photo uploads before submitting. Once you’ve completed the application, you should receive a confirmation email. Important Note: Vehicles that have shown at the event in 2023 or 2024 are not eligible for consideration.
