What We’re Looking For
We welcome volunteers to give as much of their time as they’d like across the event venues. However, we do ask for a commitment of at least one full eight-hour shift to ensure we’re delivering a seamless experience to our guests. Here’s what else you need to know to get involved:
Complete the online registration form to secure your spot.
Attend one of the mandatory venue tours happening in the week leading up to the event (schedule to be announced).
Arrive 30 minutes before your shift begins and check in with your volunteer manager.
Park in the designated volunteer parking area; we’ll provide complimentary shuttle service.
Wear your event-issued shirt and badge during your shift to represent the team.
