What Weā€™re Looking For

We welcome volunteers to give as much of their time as theyā€™d like across the event venues. However, we do ask for a commitment of at least one full eight-hour shift to ensure weā€™re delivering a seamless experience to our guests. Hereā€™s what else you need to know to get involved:

  • Complete the online registration form to secure your spot.

  • Attend one of the mandatory venue tours happening in the week leading up to the event (schedule to be announced).

  • Arrive 30 minutes before your shift begins and check in with your volunteer manager.

  • Park in the designated volunteer parking area; weā€™ll provide complimentary shuttle service.

  • Wear your event-issued shirt and badge during your shift to represent the team.
